the room was comfortable and functional and included a kitchenette and large sofa in the living room..

The food was a major letdown. very little was labelled correctly, when it was labelled at all, frustrating and concerning, especially with dietary restrictions. the children's food was awful. The chicken nuggets were so hard they were almost impossible to cut into. i really did not like this.

i loved how clean everything was and the staff were super friendly. the buffet had so many great options! we stayed in a two-room apartment with all-inclusive service, it really worked well for our family. there was even an on-site shop, this was very useful.

The location is slightly remote. You need a car to explore other areas easily.

The apartment included a well-equipped kitchenette, useful for preparing snacks. It also had a spacious balcony overlooking the pool, this gave us great views. the beds were firm and comfy and made for a good sleep after a long day.

the pools catered to both relaxation and fun, i appreciated having dedicated quiet sections. there is a gym with basic equipment for those who want to maintain their fitness routine. laundry facilities are available at a reasonable cost.

A steep but manageable hill leads to a cove and sandy beach. This provides opportunities for seaside fun. the hotel is close to a bus stop providing convenient access to mahón. hiking trails nearby showcase the wild nature of the area!

Excellent Hotel Experience

The animation team was AMAZING!!! They were energetic and kind, offering aqua gym and dance classes. The location is excellent, with the airport and Binibeca Nous beach nearby.

I found that buying an all-inclusive package was a mistake, there was no water in the rooms upon arrival. changing towels for clean ones required extra payment. I found this strange.

The food was plentiful and varied. I especially liked the fresh bread. There was a wide selection of salads, cheeses, and fresh bread, the kids' section was great. Main dishes included fish and meat. They were cooked perfectly.

The staff was hard working and attentive. They were also friendly with good understanding. They seemed to anticipate all guests needs no matter what language was spoken. It was a very nice experience. The reception staff was very helpful.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The apartments include a little useful kitchen. Bottled water is provided upon arrival. This was a nice gesture. The beds are the comfiest beds ever.
