excellent stay!

The location was quiet and convenient with easy access to public transport, especially for getting to palma. the breakfast had a great selection with many options to choose from. It was delicious. the staff were ready to help with any request we had. we were even upgraded to a bungalow, and it was spacious and very clean, with a nice view and large balcony.

the hotel is close to illetes, overall, the area feels closer to nature and calmer than the capital city. it's a short walk to the beach. a bus stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel.

the staff at reception were always kind and willing to assist with any questions. our request for a room overlooking the pool was sorted out quickly. every staff member we encountered was wonderful and helpful.

our sea view bungalow room was spacious and had a nice balcony. there was a tv, safelock, mini-refrigerator, and hairdryer available. the shower included a body shower, hair shower, and hair conditioner of excellent quality.

the breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food with very good quality items. there were lots of assorted fruits, cheeses, and options. i especially enjoyed the diverse breakfast options!!!

i must say i was somewhat disappointed. the air conditioning barely worked, i reported IT, but they never fixed it. also, the selection of tv channels was limited and the signal cut off all the time.

the hotel location is very convenient. the bus stop to palma is right next to the hotel. the food offered a good variety (i especially loved the paella!). the swimming pools were quiet and very cozy.
the breakfast was the same every day. it lacked variety (especially for vegans). the room was not the most modern. i could hear the neighbors talking on the balcony.

the location was acceptable. i easily caught a bus to palma right outside the hotel.
the room needed work. laminate was bubbled on the tv cabinet. the wicker chairs on the balcony felt cheap, and chunks were out of the table edge. i also found beading falling off the shelves in the wardrobe area, so it was annoying.

I had a Twin Room Balcony Partial Sea View. The bus stop sits right in front of the hotel so traveling was easy. Staff was friendly and ready to help.
The hotel insists on keeping passports so they can photocopy them. I had to wait upon arrival.
