awful pillows missing kettle

the breakfast buffet had so many options. dinner was amazing too! the hotel also has sustainable initiatives. it's cool to see a hotel care about the planet!

the pillows were awful. we had the worst sleep. there was no kettle in the room. i guess they want you to pay extra.

excellent hotel experience!

delicious breakfast quiet oasis walk-in shower

I found the breakfast varied and delicious, offering something for everyone. the hotel is near the beach. the 5th-floor room had a great balcony and a walk-in shower. I really enjoyed these amenities.

the pool in the wellness center felt a little odd. i saw some behaviour there .

the hotel had lovely housekeeping staff, always happy to chat and tidy the room. they did a great job cleaning daily, which i appreciated. extra duvet in wardrobe was available as well.

bad soundproofing few plugs

the breakfast had a lot of choices. the pool area was clean and tidy.

the sound proofing was REALLY bad. i could hear everything from the corridor. there were not enough plugs in the room.

Refurbished Hotel Experience

good quality attentive staff hard work

I found the breakfast buffet to be lovely with a large selection and good quality. The hotel staff was all so friendly, professional, and attentive. The entertainment director, Martin, seemed to love his job and worked hard to get everyone involved. I'd ask for a room away from the elevators and housekeeping supply cupboards.

The soundproofing is non existent. I can hear everything from the corridor or the next room. There was shower gel and one bar of soap, but that is all. I expected a bit more for the price. I found an absolute lack of plugs making it hard for everyone to charge phones simultaneously.

Mixed Feelings

rude staff lackluster animation team

The hotel had a good variety of food at each meal.

I found the staff to be consistently rude. The receptionist I encountered at checkout was especially unhelpful. She didn't smile or offer any apology for a billing error. The animation team also seemed lackluster. (It was like they were just going through the motions.)

internal sound door creaking

The internal sound insulation was a problem. i could clearly hear the conversations of the people next door and the constant creaking of the door. it was quite irritating at times. The noise definitely detracted from the overall experience.

excellent food lovely bedroom great gym spotty wifi safe surcharge towel fee

The dining room had excellent food. The bedroom and ensuite were lovely. The location offers a great indoor pool and gym. Evening entertainment was excellent.

The wifi was not working well in our room. It kept losing signal and disconnecting. The hotel charges extra for the safe. It was 3€ per day. Exchanging beach towels for clean ones incurs a fee of 2€ per towel.
