I found the front desk staff very friendly and helpful . The hotel gifted us a bottle of cava in our room to celebrate a special occasion. I liked the shower. It was spacious and included Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.
I noticed a slight noise in my room from the restaurant above as chairs moved in the morning.

I found the staff at reception very helpful. They gave great recommendations. our room was always clean (and water was replaced each day). i was able to use all facilities. This includes the spa to shower before leaving for a late flight. the location is in one of the main shopping streets.
the pool was a little crowded (maybe because of its fine view).

the lack of blackout curtains in the room was an issue it allowed too much light in early in the morning. the pool was also smaller than i expected and felt crowded at times. the rooftop bar's menu was disappointing i think it needs more variety

The hotel's central location made exploring so easy! the rooftop pool was a definite highlight. The panoramic views of the city and the sea were amazing. i really enjoyed the cocktails while soaking in the views.
I thought the facility smelled strongly of men's cologne. The bedroom size was good, but i felt the hotel was overpriced for what it offered.

the staff was great and so accommodating to our dog. they had treats, water, and a bed for him already in our room when we arrived. all the staff were good with our dog.
