the rooms were modern and very clean , i found the decor good. the breakfast buffet offered a large variety of choices and fresh products. the staff was helpful and always available , even with special requests. the hotel's proximity to the marina was practical.
the gym was smaller than i expected , with only a few machines available.

the superior double room provided a spacious environment , with a comfortable king-size bed and a seating area. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. a large balcony was available.

The front desk staff provided excellent assistance and helpful recommendations. The breakfast team was very friendly.. The rooms feature a modern style with some Mallorcan charm. I also appreciated the convenient location near the marina, offering easy access to restaurants.
The room cleaning schedule was somewhat inconsistent .

The location provided an easy walk to the town and beaches. There is a SPAR shop nearby as well as a larger EROSKI supermarket for all shopping needs. The marina offered many restaurant options too.

faulty air conditioningcentral temperature control
The air conditioning did NOT work . I was told that the hotel centrally controls the temperature (like, what?! ). The room got too hot, especially at night, and i found it tough to sleep. The ceiling fan helped a little, but it was REALLY not ideal. It was annoying (to say the least).
