Nice stay at this really good hotel

free juices sweet treats toasted nuts

I was happy to find lots of extras available. Water and juices were available all day by reception! I enjoyed nuts, cakes, and sweets also. Fruit and nuts were conveniently placed outside each lift on all floors. I liked the toasted cashew nuts.

draughty lobby limited minibar

the location was central and convenient, a definite plus for exploring.

The complimentary evening 'cocktails' were really disappointing, just sangria or punch. the lobby felt cold and draughty, not very inviting for a pre-dinner drink. also, the minibar lacked variety. It only had soft drinks and beer.

the staff provided constant care. peter ensured everyone was fed during a blackout. he also secured rooms at discounted rates when i faced airport delays. i felt supported and cared for during uncertain times.

the complimentary evening cocktails were disappointing. one night they served sangria another night they served punch. i found these options did not align with a premium hotel.

Decent Stay, Some Misses. Unfortunately

The room was pretty clean, always a plus. I guess

The minibar was disappointing. It only had soft drinks and beer. The so-called complimentary evening cocktails were also not excellent, it tasted like cheap punch. The lobby felt strangely cold. I was not able to enjoy. And another thing, the concierge stayed glued to his computer as I wrestled with my luggage during departure. How considerate.

I stayed four nights in late june. The hotel has very quiet rooms with comfortable beds, ensuring good sleep. It is a short walk from the river and train station. Staff were helpful and provided good food recommendations. The hotel offers complimentary snacks and a free minibar restocked daily.

The minibar offered only soft drinks. I would have liked a wider choice of beverages
