mixed Feelings About My stay
dirty carpet broken fridge
the hotel's location WAS acceptable, near the marina and shops.
I found several issues . the CARPET in the corridor was dirty and frayed which was very unpleasant. the fridge in my room didn't work. It took three requests for them to fix it, and i really needed it.

quality towels comfortable loungers convenient location
The hotel's location offers convenient access to nearby attractions. My room included quality towels and sheets, it added to the comfort. Loungers by the pool were comfortable, and there were plenty available, which i appreciated.
Some music from a nearby venue was audible until late on certain nights.

massive room huge selection easy exploring
My room was massive! the breakfast had a huge selection of items. Fresh fruit and pastries were amazing. the hotel's location right on the sea made exploring so easy!
The gym had limited equipment. It felt a bit small for a hotel of this size.

unfulfilled compensation real disappointment
The breakfast satisfied many tastes it was in a great position to the town.
Our room had ants I had to deal with it myself. The staff stated the manager would compensate us but that never happened. They never contacted me despite promising compensation it was a real disappointment.

excellent STAY
good variety amazing staff
the breakfast offered a good variety of choices and i found it quite enjoyable. the room was spacious and comfortable, contributing to a relaxing stay. i found the staff to be amazing and helpful with anything i needed.
i noticed some scratched walls and chipped paint in the hallway leading to my room. the carpets also had some stains, which detracted from the overall appearance.

the staff showed themselves to be efficient and friendly and i had no problems communicating with them. the breakfast staff were attentive and quick to assist when needed. the pool bar staff provided great drinks.

the location is beautiful, inside the citadel walls on a lovely square. it's a short walk to explore the area. the marina area is picturesque with some great restaurants nearby.

I appreciated the hotel's architecture a lot. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection. The service I received from staff members was efficient and friendly. My room had comfortable and clean amenities.

The hotel features a renovated historical site. This location had fantastic views at night. I could see the beautiful stonework under a full moon. The marina view was also very nice.
