Okay Stay with Some Issues
unreliable wi-fi expensive breakfast
The experience was middling. The Wi-Fi did not work for several days. This made contacting family difficult. Breakfast was expensive. I hoped for better value.

fantastic location and excellent service
central location clean room helpful staff breakfast variety
the location was excellent and central. the room was clean and of a good size for two people. the staff were always friendly and helpful. breakfast offered a nice variety of options.
the refrigerator in the room did not get very cold.

the hotel features a well-equipped fitness center. i saw multiple treadmills and stationary bikes there. these facilities allowed for maintaining a workout routine of three nights.

fresh food breakfast staff bus traffic cold refrigerator
the location is good. the breakfast staff was superb and always kept it fresh. eggs and coffee were available to order.
The hotel is on a street that allows only trolley and bus traffic. i walked to the back of the hotel to get a cab. i expected the small refrigerator in the room to actually be cold. It was not.

I found the hotel ideally situated for exploring. the staff were helpful with local recommendations. my room was always super clean and very comfortable i loved coming back each day. the location made everything so accessible. It enhanced my trip.
the minibar wasn't particularly cold.

the hotel provided infused water near the elevator it was quite refreshing. fresh pastéis were also available near the elevator adding a sweet touch. i noticed the front desk concierge seemed helpful and attentive to guests' needs.

the room design was beautiful and modern i really liked it. the bed provided a very comfortable sleep ensuring i felt rested each morning. i found that the room was clean and well kept .

the hotel staff spoke english spanish and portuguese. i saw many staff members offer assistance and greetings promptly. the front desk staff was always ready to help with directions and suggestions.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh food daily. i saw various options, including cooked eggs bacon and fresh fruit. the breakfast staff was friendly and provided great service.

the hotel sits right in the centre of baixa near many restaurants. several major sites were within walking distance making exploration easy. i found it convenient to access various attractions from the hotel's location.
