adequate stay overall

helpful staff clean rooms noisy street limited water

the staff was nice and always helpful. the rooms and hotel were also very clean. i found this satisfactory.

the hotel is near a very noisy street. i was only given two small bottles of drinking water during my four-day stay. the tap water was not recommended to drink.

convenient location friendly staff smelly cloth unpleasant smell

The location proved convenient. All tours picked us up right at the hotel's entrance. As two women traveling, we found the area quite safe. The staff was very friendly.

Each time my room was cleaned, it smelled unpleasant. The floor was washed with a smelly cloth, made the whole room stink. I kept the windows open.

A decent stay

convenient location friendly staff helpful staff noisy street bottled water broken atm

The hotel is conveniently located outside the Medina. It is a short taxi ride to the Medina. The hotel and our room were clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi to the airport early in the morning.

The hotel presents itself as good value, but it is not. The hotel is close to a very noisy street. We only received one mini bottle of water per person for our stay, and the tap water is not recommended. The atm never worked.

clean room helpful staff hard bed noisy reception

The room was very clean. The price seemed reasonable for what was offered. Shaimaa was lovely throughout my stay. She was very helpful and always took time to attend to our requests.

The bed was too hard. It gave me an uncomfortable night's sleep. The reception staff seemed preoccupied with their phones. They made personal calls even when attending to customers.

hot room unresolved issue

the room was quite hot during the night. i notified staff, but the issue remained unresolved. the thermostat was set low, yet the temperature stayed high until morning.
