the room was spacious i got a premium twin room garden view the garden view was pleasant it looked over well kept grounds the room had two comfortable beds and a clean bathroom i appreciated the prompt service from the staff when i requested extra pillows they arrived quickly the hotel offered convenient transport to the gym daily my husband found this especially useful after his knee replacement

the pools felt too cold for swimming i preferred the heated pool however it was often crowded there were never enough umbrellas by the pool i struggled to find shade i noticed the tiling around the pool was uneven it required careful walking

hiba, the receptionist, organized a surprise for us she was very thoughtful! the waiters really cared too as were all the staff around i saw there.

sometimes there was very loud music. the pool area do not have enough chairs for how many peoples staying at the hotel.

the staff was friendly i liked that they tried to help me with my requests. the pools were big and seemed clean. the rooms also had air conditioning it was a plus.

i did not like lunch selections as much as dinner they could be better. the evening entertainment was basic it finished early. the spirits seemed watered down i felt disappointed.
