FANTASTIC Stay, I'll be BACK!!!

The hotel grounds feature lots of green spaces and well kept gardens. The pool was very NICE and clean with plenty of sunbeds. The food was DELICIOUS with a wide range of choices. Staff were constantly cleaning, which I really appreciate.

The gym equipment looked a little rusty.

The room was spacious with a balcony. There were also plenty of towels. The air conditioning worked WELL and kept the temperature comfortable throughout my stay.

I found the staff at the terrace bar very affable. We shared many enjoyable laughs. The animation team performed an excellent job. I particularly enjoyed the morning yoga sessions and the energetic Zumba classes by the pool.

The sun beds were unfortunately quite hard and uncomfortable.

i really liked how big and beautiful the hotel was. i noticed many sunbeds were available by the pool and shaded spots offered respite from the sun. the pizza was amazing!!!

i found that the quality of the juice was not good, and the coffee machine served bad coffee. disposable plastic cups were used for drinks, which wasn't very eco-friendly.

the hotel featured a large pool with lots of space and activities. gardens were well maintained, and there were shaded spots for relaxation. a free shuttle provided convenient access to the main market square.

a wide range of tasty foods was offered at every meal, and the omelets were amazing!!! salads were particularly good, and there was plenty of fresh fish. meal service included a table with water, bread, and wine.

the staff booked taxis to the city and were very friendly and helpful. they were quick to sort out any issues. staff constantly cleaned and maintained the hotel and gardens.

I was very grateful for the staff's excellent service. Fati was patient and kind. My kids still talk about how she played with them at the kids club. The animation team worked hard to provide a party atmosphere and various activities all day. Abdel and Ayoub were very friendly at the restaurant, and the ladies at reception quickly helped me when my husband needed medicine.

I found that the air conditioning was a bit noisy on settings lower than 27 degrees. This was a minor inconvenience during the evenings.

The hotel features two swimming pools and a lovely terrace with a bar. Activities include tennis, bowls, and ping pong. There is even a selection of board games available to borrow and use.

the location was a bit remote. transport to the city center required a pre-booked shuttle. i found this inconvenient. i wished the hotel offered more flexibility.
