the pool area suited my needs. the water temperature felt acceptable.

My bathroom sink drained very slowly. It took a while to empty after each use. the mini-fridge was not cold enough to keep drinks properly chilled. Beverages remained lukewarm. i requested a room with a quieter view, but my room overlooked a noisy service area.

the corridors had a lemony fragrance (i found that very pleasant). i also really liked the chic beach club vibe at the pool areas.

I noticed the turn down service was random. Sometimes i got it, other times i didn't.

The staff were friendly and helpful from arrival. i found the hotel beautiful with various comfortable seating choices around the pools. the rooms were cleaned daily, a turndown service was included each evening. breakfast included a wide food range. Fresh omelettes and crepes were available.

The heated pool required an extra charge daily. It felt unreasonable considering the cost.
