shower glass zero privacy

the staff at the pool was acceptable. i guess they did their job.

The shower glass in the room offered zero privacy. It was awkward since i was traveling with a colleague. i complained to reception, but they said they had never received such a complaint before. What a joke. sofitel does not live up to its name.

slow room service stale bread

The hotel location was convenient. The gym was well equipped.

The room service was quite slow at times. I ordered a club sandwich one afternoon, it took over an hour to arrive. The sandwich was also cold and the bread was stale, a DISAPPOINTMENT.

royal bay bliss!

fantastic experience spacious rooms relaxing spots amazing staff

the rooms were just perfect. I mean, they were nice and spacious! the pool and surrounding areas were also lovely, i found so many spots to relax. the staff was amazing, and i wanna shout out to hajiba from the housekeeping team, she greeted us with a smile, and the room was super clean!

The hotel is only a few minutes away from the lovely promenade. It is also close to the beach. you have easy access to stroll along the coast or take a quick dip in the sea. its location provides convenience for both relaxation and exploration.

The front office team was helpful. They were also pleasant. the staff were always ready to assist with any questions. everyone offered prompt and attentive assistance when needed.

Breakfast was amazing. It suited all nationalities, a plus. i enjoyed eating inside and outside, it was a beautiful way to start the day. the variety and quality of the food.

my room was super clean, and the bed was very comfy! the cleanliness and comfort of the room really added to the relaxation. the room also provided a cozy space to unwind after a day by the pool.
