the staff seemed undertrained. requests took a very long time. one evening, i ordered a drink at the bar, but it never arrived. i had to ask again 30 minutes later. also, the promised shuttle service proved unreliable. it was often fully booked or didn't show up, forcing me to use expensive taxis.

The gardens were AMAZING!!! All the staff were friendly. I really liked Jalila. She gave a amazing massage and I recommend her highly.

The frogs were very noisy at night. Stray cats were present. I got food poisoning from the restaurant, so the food and service was terrible.
