A Charming Stay

fine views spacious room modern design

The rooftop restaurant offered fine views. I enjoyed a nice evening. My room was spacious, it featured city views. Breakfast was good. I was amazed by the hotel's modern design. It had a stylish decor.

The frosted glass divider to the ensuite lacked toilet privacy.

The reception staff proved pleasant and helpful. They were fluent in multiple languages. Their professional demeanor allowed seamless communication. They were especially useful for a solo traveler. I felt secure.

great experience, central location

modern design valet service

i found a modern design throughout the hotel. the gym has clean towels, water and fruit available. i liked the workspace areas on the first floor. valet service for parking was an added bonus.

the bathrobe quality was excellent, but my stay had a setback. i was moved to a new, smaller room mid trip due to a miscommunication. this caused a significant delay and required talks with the manager.

the location was convenient. the rooftop bar offered drinks.

i found the staff to be unhelpful. i was also disappointed to discover the rooftop restaurant wasn't accessible. we needed assistance to find a nearby restaurant, but i received little help finding options beyond the hotel's basic one..
