expansive buffet helpful staff

the breakfast buffet was expansive. it had many options to choose from!!! the staff at the concierge were helpful. they arranged an early ceramic visit and workshop before my train.

the hotel common areas were cold, so it felt uncomfortable.

the bar had amazing drinks , i enjoyed the passion sour n7.

my room was not soundproof , so i could hear noise from other rooms and the corridor. the food was not very tasty , and the breakfast selection was limited. service around the pool was poor.

the room looked dated the curtains were broken and did not close the electrical setup was odd it required turning on the room lights to use the toilet light i told staff about the curtains but they were never fixed
