Amazing stay, was pretty good!

gorgeous furnishingstylish decorcomfy bedlukewarm dish

I stayed in the King Room Pool View. It had gorgeous on-trend furnishings and super stylish decor. The bed was blissfully comfy, and the outlook over the central courtyard was pleasing. Staff were all very attentive!!!

The dinner food was just ok as opposed to good. Some dishes were lukewarm. I was surprised and perturbed I had to leave at 10pm as the restaurant closes promptly during the week. I still had wine to finish at this stage.

The staff was very polite and accommodating, ensuring all needs were promptly met. The team quickly addressed requests and was always available to assist with any queries. Everyone worked hard to create a positive atmosphere !!!

Fantastic Stay and Delicious Food!

My room was very clean. The staff was friendly and efficient from start to finish. The outdoor pool looked amazing! I hope the weather cooperates on my next visit so I can fully make use of the facilities.

The absence of a lift made carrying luggage to the upper floors a little difficult. It was a minor inconvenience, however.

The restaurant served breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet included cereals, pastries, and hot items. Dinner portions were generous, and the menu offered meat, fish, and vegetarian options. The food was AMAZING!!!

I enjoyed a stylish room with vibrant decor and modern design twists . The shower room featured a modern design including sensor lights I found very useful. The breakfast was great and everything was cooked to perfection. The hotel team were very attentive.

I noticed some background noise from nearby event which was slightly distracting

The hotel features really good decor in the rooms and throughout the building including top quality accessories and furniture. I noticed dining at the Orangerie was improved with a wonderful ambience creating a first class experience. I found that the hotel was clean as new.
