decent stay overall
clean hotel excellent buffet friendly staff small room faulty air conditioning broken door
the hotel is clean. the breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. the staff was friendly. a coach transported guests to the private beach.
the room i had was too small. the air conditioning did not work well. the shower room left a large pool of water on the bathroom floor. the door was also broken.

friendly employees good food great location good hospitality
I found super employees that helped me. The food are really yummy. This location are good from the airport to reach other areas. The staff gives good hospitality. The breakfast are very good as well. I appreciate the extra effort put by Azza Hallaq, the guest relations manager. She makes sure every aspect of my visit are amazing.
The pool water are very dirty. I sees the trash inside.

The hotel has a nice pool area but needs cleaning. A shuttle bus takes guests to the beach regularly, however, the courtesy bus allows for a quick journey. The spa area has a place for changing before departure. The gym features modern equipment.

The hotel is a short walk to the beach, about 5 to 10 mins. The beach views from rooms are amazing, I like. I walk 15 minutes from stores like Migros and Eurospar to the hotel. I feels convenient.

My room have aircon, it are powerful and effective. The bathroom supplies includes dove shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The room includes a balcony with a sea view, so good. My bed feels comfy.

some issues need addressing
old furniture broken door
the staff was friendly, starting with the bellboy.
The furniture was very old and worn. The sofa looked like it had seen better days. the door to my room was broken. It didn't close properly. the swimming pool was also smaller than i expected.
