The staff was very helpful. breakfast offered many choices. i enjoyed fresh omelets. the location was excellent. It was right on the beach. the ocean views were amazing! the private beach had comfortable beds.

the gym could use a bit more equipment, but it was still adequate.

the beach towels were a joke. they required a deposit at reception, but the towels were in terrible condition!!! apparently, they forgot to tell me about this deposit thing at check-in, so i was denied towels at the beach. i had to trek back to my bungalow for money, then to reception, then back to the pool. even after all that, they gave me a completely torn towel. unbelievable for this place.

The grounds and pools were cleaned every morning. Loungers were repositioned, and fresh towels were available. The self-service food was great with a personal touch of plate and cutlery table takeaway service too.

The noise continued until 1:30 AM, a HUGE disappointment. There were dogs in the restaurant during breakfast, unacceptable. The staff did nothing to address the situation.

i loved the detached bungalows they were very close to town so trips for dinner were easy the location was gorgeous with sunrises i won't forget the staff were always so accommodating

the towel refill in the housekeeping was incomplete there was a need to request the towels repeatedly until i received them it felt a little inconvenient

The beach bar played loud music until 2am on saturday. It was difficult to sleep. i phoned reception twice. the staff said it happens every saturday. no one offered compensation. the room reverberated from the bass.
