a fantastic stay!

the gardens are lovely and well-kept. i really liked the high quality of the food. the security around the beach area is great, offering peace of mind. i felt totally safe . there was even a car park with a security guard. the coffee shop's coffee is excellent and the cakes are delicious.

i did find the beds to be firmer than expected, which wasn't quite what i prefer.

the junior suite was very spacious with two separate sinks. i enjoyed the rainfall shower a lot. large bottles of water were provided daily, which i always appreciate.

Really good Stay!

The staff were attentive and friendly throughout the stay. Humza at the bar looked after us very well. The buffet restaurant staff worked very hard to provide service and cater to everyone's needs. Youssef was especially kind and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean.

The hotel did not have air conditioning available for cooling when I visited. I found it difficult to sleep because the room was quite warm in April. Management attributed this issue to head office policy.

The hotel's situation allows for straightforward beach access and strolling along the promenade, a very convenient feature. I found the proximity very convenient. It made both relaxation and exploration accessible.

The pool was very large and had a generous amount of sunbeds . I appreciated the availability of sunbeds both by the pool and on the beach, a detail I found very convenient. This arrangement ensured comfort.

The room included useful bedside lamps equipped with USB-C and A ports for easy charging. The bathroom had separate sinks. the toilet and bidet were in a separate area. The air conditioning and ceiling fan worked very well.

The food really disappointed me. It was often bland and lacked variety. i expected more moroccan flavors, but instead, it was mostly generic international dishes. the room wasn't as clean as i had hoped. There was dust in corners and the bathroom felt a bit outdated.. applying twice.

The steakhouse fell short. My steak arrived tough. I requested medium-rare, but it was hard to cut! Then the replacement was too rare for my taste. The cocktails weren't great either. Ordering a gin and tonic got me gin with lemon soda, despite asking for tonic.
