prime location spacious rooms rooftop pool area engaged manager
i appreciated the hotel's prime location, nestled within the medina walls. the rooms are spacious and well kept (i found the decor quite charming). i particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool area. the general manager was visible and engaged, ensuring guests felt welcomed and attended to.
the metal detector at the entrance seemed non-functional and beeped without any checks.

the rooftop pool offered comfortable sunbeds and lunch choices. i also noticed the hotel features an inward-facing courtyard with greenery. the spa offers multiple treatments and i went twice (which says a lot).

the staff was friendly and cute. the manager, often seen in orange scarves, was very present. i also enjoyed the omelette at breakfast (a wide selection was available).

musty room poor air conditioning
The location was acceptable near the Medina entrance and a short walk from the beach
My room smelled musty and needed better maintenance. The air conditioning barely worked so the room remained uncomfortably warm at night despite speaking with management

rooftop pool lovely toiletries
The rooftop pool offered refreshing swims after exploring the medina. sunbeds were comfortable. I spent hours there. the breakfast selection included both moroccan and european options, i liked the variety. lovely toiletries enhanced the bathroom experience.
the wifi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the hotel.

historical building beautiful courtyard billiard room rooftop area swimming pool old liner
The historical building impressed me. the courtyard presented a beautiful view. i spent time in the billiard room. It was quite relaxing.
the rooftop area needed upkeep. i noticed wear and tear. the swimming pool liner looked old, it had black marks on the water line.
