early gym big room

The gym opens early. It starts at 7am. I enjoyed getting a free room upgrade upon check-in. The room was VERY big. The food variety was AMAZING!!!

The outdoor pools were quite cold. Even children didn't want to use them.

luxurious atmosphere excellent service quick check-in warm welcome

The hotel felt cute. The staff always had smiles and created a calm, luxurious atmosphere. I appreciated the variety and quality of the food. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, I especially thank Ahmed at reception for his warm welcome.

underwhelming stay. i am frustrated

food refills dirty glasses

i wasn't thrilled with the food options, especially for a supposed 5-star experience. refills were slow or nonexistent at the buffet. the lack of drink variety was disappointing. i also noticed dirty glasses more than once, just unacceptable. the hotel really needs to step up its game in these areas. apply, twice.
