the hotel's gardens were immaculate.. a relaxing space. the staff was also really good, always cute and helpful. i especially liked the rose gardens and the attentive service.

amazing spot!

clean pool mountain view smiling staff

i really liked the pool area. it was good size and clean. the views of the mountains was fine and the gardens are well maintained. the staff were top notch and always smiling to make it comfortable for you.

the jacuzzi was empty, which i found to be a small disappointment.

the hotel features a good size pool perfect for a refreshing swim. well-kept gardens create a peaceful atmosphere. i saw a motion room with standard equipment for workouts. rose gardens offer an space for a relaxing stroll.

the beautiful suite included a big bedroom and separate living area. the bathroom has a walk-in shower and provided quality toiletries. i had a really good sleep, the bed was great, the room was quiet, and it was very dark.

the staff was always helpful and polite, assisting with requests promptly. i saw staff maintaining the gardens daily. the restaurant staff ensured timely service during meals. the staff gave directions very well.

dirty pool ineffective air conditioning

The staff were really good!

The pool was quite dirty. It made swimming unpleasant. The air conditioning in the rooms did not meet 4-star standards. It was either too noisy or ineffective. Blackout curtains in the rooms were insufficient. The sun woke me up very early.
