Excellent Stay, minor issue.

clean rooms helpful staff good breakfast heated pool

The hotel has very clean rooms with helpful staff. They were always ready to help with our stay and book taxis at any time. Good air conditioning throughout the hotel was very important to me. The breakfast was superb, and the staff were kind. I liked the indoor heated pool, it was lovely.

The Nespresso machine in the room required payment for capsules, which I found a surprise..

The front desk personnel were always available to assist with any inquiries. The restaurant staff members were attentive and friendly. They were always ready to recommend dishes or help with anything we needed.

The hotel is in a very accessible location not far from the main square. There are also two restaurants located in the direct vicinity. I was able to walk to Gueliz and the Koutoubia Mosque easily.

excellent stay!

friendly staff delicious food super clean room

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. youssef at reception greeted me each time by name. the restaurant staff were very accommodating and the food was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. housekeeping was superb, with our room always kept super clean by fatima.

the spa area includes a heated pool adjacent to a large marble hammam. wonderful treatments are available all day until 10pm. the gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the rooftop pool area has limited sunbeds, requiring sofa seating for sunbathing.

I encountered a couple of issues THAT bothered me. The breakfast was AL a carte, not a buffet, which LIMITS options significantly. ALSO , my room's soundproofing was non-existent, i could clearly hear the music and noise from a nearby club ALL night.

The taxi arrival was smooth with staff assisting with luggage immediately. Early check-in allowed us to enjoy breakfast prior to settling in. Housekeeping was attentive with multiple visits each day. We enjoyed fresh towels, little pastries, and complimentary water.

Restaurant staff members were attentive and friendly. They offered recommendations, and were helpful with all our needs. Front desk personnel assisted with all inquiries. Taxi drivers recommended by the hotel offered prompt service. I found the service excellent.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to local areas. It was a short walk to both the busy Medina area and luxurious cafes. The square and high-end restaurants were also close. I found it perfectly situated.

Dining options proved delicious with flavorful local cuisine. The meals included both international favorites and traditional options. The restaurant offered an amazing experience. Every meal burst with flavour. I particularly enjoyed this.
