The sea view room was spacious. The bathroom was large and well appointed with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and a hairdryer. I am grateful for the varied buffet style breakfast. The bar area did some delicious food and had a great selection of drinks and cocktails.

the room was modern and clean. i particularly appreciated the helpful and attentive staff at reception. the location is excellent, situated right across from the sea. parking was available directly at the hotel, convenient.
The gym lacked air conditioning. Solar gain made it warm.

the air conditioning was a real issue. it barely worked in my beautiful double room sea view. i reported it, but nothing changed. also, the breakfast selection was surprisingly limited for a place like this. the pastries tasted like they came straight from a factory, nothing special, really.

I received a complimentary room upgrade so my family could stay on the same floor. the reception staff were nice and helpful. the woman at breakfast prepared delicious msemmen. A very nice man assisted with our luggage. i found the staff to be respectful and helpful throughout my stay.
it took two days for an iron to be available. even though i booked an ambassador suite, the place looked like it needed some attention.

The breakfast buffet featured varied options. the bar area offered delicious food and a good selection of drinks. i sampled some of the local fare. Each dish was excellent and authentic.

the hotel is located across from the beach with the medina only a short walk away. the rooms include air conditioning and wifi. the pool area was well-kept and made it easy to watch the kids.
