breakfast offered plenty options. the staff were very kind. i especially thank driss at breakfast and jamal from housekeeping, these staff members.
the air conditioning didn't work properly in both rooms. i had someone come to fix it several times.

I appreciated the quiet location . Breakfast offered excellent quality and a wide choice of items. The landscaped grounds feature beautiful bird of paradise flowers. I particularly enjoyed the mint tea.

i loved the multiple pools (four outdoor and one indoor!). breakfast at azul had so much choice and the food was great. i really enjoyed the dining at imim, the moroccan restaurant, mohamed was an amazing server.

the staffs was very friendly and helpful to me. breakfast buffet included much choice. i stayed two nights and i would definitely stay here again. the hotel was very clean right on the beach. it was perfect if you want peaceful location for relaxation.
the service is unreasonably slow and careless. they don't care about their guests and would get all requests wrong. i needed keep chasing them for the simplest of things. the concierge has their side hustle, they are in cahoots with the taxi guys and would con the guests into paying for the worst shuttle.

i visited for a week and found the grounds beautifully landscaped. i liked the bird of paradise flowers (they were so vibrant!). the staff were friendly and always cleaning. my room was spacious and the balcony offered a partial sea view. i enjoyed hearing the gentle crashing waves.
the menu availability at anwa was limited, with many options not actually available. this made choosing meals difficult. i hope they improve the selection.

i was excited about the beach location. it seemed promising, but the beach area was not clean. my room had only one chair on the veranda, though two people were staying there. i found management's response slow when i raised these issues.
