Acceptable but Flawed Stay

The villa was spacious, suitable for our group.

I was frustrated with the lack of maintenance. The shower upstairs was clogged, and it never drained properly . a sewage smell emanated from the downstairs bathroom. It was very unpleasant and concerning.

The breakfast was generously served, I will give them that.

I was shocked by the dated furniture. The AC switches looked ancient too. I also waited 20 minutes for a taxi each time I wanted to leave, each ride to town lasted another 20-24 minutes and cost 150 MAD. That adds up!

the resort had amazing service and friendly staff. mehdi and hajar were very helpful with guest services. the villa provided a spacious environment. the breakfast offered tasty moroccan options like mint tea and fresh pastries.

the villa was a bit far from main city attractions, so taxi rides were needed.
