staff communication occurred even before arrival. Staff worked hard to. I felt VERY clean here.

a gem in the medina!!!

amazing staff excellent location beautiful riad

The staff were amazing and always ready to help. ayub, ottoman, and samira particularly shined. They ensured i had a wonderful stay. the location was also excellent, super close to the center, and the riad itself was beautiful. i really enjoyed the great food served too.

I had some issues with laundry prices. They were not entirely accurate. i ended up having to pay extra, a bit of a surprise. the final bill seemed off.

Breakfast offered a good mix of options, with generous portion sizes. I especially appreciated the variety. the authentic moroccan cuisine featured fresh, local produce. i found dinner portions a bit small one evening, but the staff quickly provided an extra salad when i asked.

The rooftop was gorgeous with soft furnishings. I relaxed and escaped the city bustle. the air conditioning in my room was very efficient and worked well to combat the heat. the riad provides a spa and massage service. I enjoyed an excellent massage.

i adored the building's beauty. intricate carvings and mosaics enhanced the riad's charm. its proximity to a taxi rank and roundabout ensured convenient drop-off and pick-up. the location offered tranquility, with a short walk to the main square.

During my visit, i noticed the laundry prices weren't entirely accurate. I ended up paying slightly more than initially expected. while it wasn't a major issue, it was a small discrepancy i observed during checkout.

the location was convenient. a short walk took me to the main square. the sunny rooftop terrace was a bonus. breakfasts featured moroccan dishes, those were delicious.

the hotel is in an area cars cannot access. it meant a walk through the market streets carrying my bags.
