friendly staff calm atmosphere

the staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish i felt very welcomed. the hotel design and decoration created a calm atmosphere i liked very much. the pool area featured comfortable loungers and easy access to refreshments all day long. the restaurant had a good menu with delicious options for both lunch and dinner.

the wifi connection was unstable at times , made working remotely challenging.

the hotel has two swimming pools, one of them heated, and a well-equipped spa area for relaxation. there are spacious grounds, kept in very good order, with areas for sunbathing and shaded spots too. the gym includes three treadmills plus several weight machines.

Romantic Getaway Amidst Tranquility

The grounds are gorgeous and very well kept. The two swimming pools are spacious and clean. Breakfast at the pool was good. It included pastries, fruits, and omelets. The staff members were helpful, friendly, and served us with smiles.

The lighting in our standard room was dim even when all lights were on. A brighter room would have been appreciated.

I found some aspects disappointing. The restaurant's limited opening hours were inconvenient. I could not get food after 7:30 PM. the cost of the hotel's food seemed high relative to its taste. Finally, a maintenance worker entered my room with a private pool without notice. I had booked this room specifically for privacy.
