An Oasis of Beauty and Serenity

elegant grounds beautiful gardens strong wifi quality products

i loved how the building and grounds exuded an air of elegance. the pool and gardens were beautiful i found relaxation there. strong wifi allowed me to stay connected and share my memories instantly. the quality of bathroom products added a touch of luxury to my routine.

the hotel felt a bit remote i understand it's for tranquility. a minor issue arose when the shower head malfunctioned initially. maintenance resolved it the next day

Wonderful Stay!

gorgeous fixture large room thoughtful staff

This hotel is gorgeous. The Moroccan fixtures are so lovely. I got a large room, and the air conditioning worked very well. The pool area is beautiful. The staff was very thoughtful, they couldn't do enough for you.

The minibar had really expensive drinks.

inflated prices lifeless atmosphere

The food prices felt inflated. I guess this reflected the hotel's secluded location. cheaper options existed a taxi ride away. also, the lack of atmosphere due to the hotel being almost empty was notable, it just felt a bit lifeless.

superb building beautiful garden quality product dark room bad smell unfulfilled promises

the building was superb it presented beautiful gardens and a lovely pool. strong wifi access was available. the bathrooms included quality products. the restaurant food was very nice.

our room felt really dark i see this is the hotel aesthetic. i did notice a bad smell coming from the toilet as soon as i checked in. i complained to the staff about it they said they fixed it but the smell returned throughout my stay.

I found the service surprisingly poor. the staff seemed undertrained. They struggled with requests and lacked basic knowledge. additionally, the promised currency exchange wasn't available which complicated things. i expected better for the price.

The staff are really good and genuinely helpful. The food quality was high, and I particularly enjoyed the pastries at breakfast. The facilities provided excellent opportunities for relaxation and recreation.

My room was a little dark. I understand that's part of the hotel's aesthetic. Still, sometimes it made it difficult to see clearly without additional lighting in certain areas.

untrained staff inflated prices

I found the service to really fall short. the staff seemed to be new and a bit lost. They couldn't answer basic questions and were slow to respond. it reminded me of there weren't enough experienced people around to guide them, made things a bit frustrating. also, the food prices felt very inflated considering the location. I expect i should not pay so much in an isolated hotel.
