peaceful atmosphere spacious villa free shuttle suite insects departure time staff disturbance

the grounds were beautiful i enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. the villa was spacious each bedroom included its own en-suite. there was a good free shuttle van available to the medina

i noticed some insects in the suite. the departure time was at 12:00 i was almost an hour late because i was with children. this caused some disturbance from a staff member at the hotel

mixed experience , some issues noticed

torn sofa questionable sheets

the option for breakfast in the room was acceptable.

some issues need attention. the sofa had a tear , i found this disappointing. the cleanliness of the sheets was questionable , requiring me to clean them myself with a wet towel , but i did not get an apology or any compensation.

stained bedsheets torn sofa

i noticed some issues . the bathrobes were not replaced even after being left on the floor. there were stains on the bedsheets and the staff said no one was available to change them, i cleaned it myself with a wet towel. also, i found a torn sofa in the room and a strange camera-like object, which staff claimed was just for decoration, i found this odd.
