i appreciated the comfortable rooms with good linen. the pools are lovely and the bars are convenient. it provided a really comfortable stay.

the front desk staff was not cute. they did not communicate breakfast or pool hours at check in. also the room menu prices were inaccurate.

The hotel's location was quite convenient. It allowed easy access to the main square.

The service I received was rather poor. At the rooftop restaurant, it took over an hour for my food to arrive. When it did, I was given chicken instead of the vegetarian meal I had ordered. The breakfast service was similarly frustrating. I was lectured about ordering hot chocolate, and then given milk and powder to make it myself. I never received a response from the front desk about these issues, despite their assurances.

I found the hotel's location quite convenient. It allowed easy access to the traditional market. The setting felt safe and secure. I also appreciated that the staff was generally efficient.

I experienced an issue with hot water . The water was only lukewarm on several mornings. This made showering less comfortable.
