Acceptable stay
clean room good breakfast convenient location bad staff lacking service lobby couch
The room has a good size and a balcony. It was very clean, I have to admit. Breakfast was good and did offer many options. Its proximity to the station was very convenient.
The staff did not seem to understand my needs. I was sleeping on the lobby couch while the room was ready, disappointing. The front desk never suggested any activities or spa visits while I waited. It really did lack in customer service.

a generally fine experience
king suite spacious room breakfast station rude staff limited teabags no milk
i was upgraded to a king suite. it was large. it included a sitting room, a workspace, and an additional chair table set-up. the breakfast buffet was extensive. it included a moroccan breakfast station with omelets on the patio.
i found that one of the reception staff was quite rude and unhelpful when i asked about a bar selling beer (i realize that it is ramadan and a muslim country). there was only 1 teabag of each of 4 different types in the room. this meant we couldn't both have the same flavor of tea. there was also no milk provided.

unhelpful staff limited tea
the breakfast was pretty good with a decent variety. i found that acceptable.
The reception staff was not helpful. i asked about local bars, but the staff seemed uninterested in assisting me. also, the room had very limited tea supplies. Only one teabag of each flavor was provided. sharing a double room, i would have expected at least two of everything, and there was no milk provided.

excellent hotel with amazing staff
friendly staff youssef service relaxing treatment
I found the staff friendly. Youssef's service stood out. he was always helpful and kind! he made sure we knew what was available. i also enjoyed a relaxing spa treatment. It allowed us to sleep very well that night.
i noticed there were few deckchairs around the pool area. since it's also open to the public via day passes, it's hard to spend the whole day at the hotel pool. that was a disappointment.

Our room included essential amenities. We appreciated the refrigerator, kettle, and coffee and tea selection. the room was cleaned daily! it was spacious and comfortable for our short stay. the bathroom felt nice and clean.

the hotel is ideally situated near the train station. it is also quite central. there is a supermarket about 5 minutes away. it is perfect for getting around the city!

a moment of pure beauty
pleasant gentleman easy reservation
i loved the kind staffs. mohammad bagagiste helped me a lot with my luggage. he was a very pleasant gentleman. he recommended places for me to go. he made a reservation for a restaurant that was not easy to reserve. he definitely made the night better since it was the only night i stayed.
one of the reception staffs was very rude. they were not helpful when i asked if there was a bar selling beer. i realize it is ramadam, a muslim country, but many places cater to non muslims and tourists. the staffs provided no help.

the breakfast buffet had very tasty choices. i enjoyed the great pleasures to be enjoyed our breakfast served in style. everyone from reception to housekeeping gives excellent services, as well as those serving at breakfast.

the service from reception to housekeeping and pool staff was excellent. the door staff was kind whenever we left or returned. they went out of their way to help you and ensure you had a good stay. they were professional and helpful.
