weak wifi signal poor support

the breakfast was acceptable it had adequate variety for a short stay.

the wifi signal was weak i could barely load a simple webpage. i tried contacting support but received no real help they just suggested i move closer to the router. this is hardly acceptable in a hotel of this supposed caliber the spotty connection hindered basic tasks. it made planning my day more difficult than it needed to be i expected more.

the breakfast included a large variety of fresh pastries. the location provided an easy walk to main historical sites. the building is beautiful and very walkable to many sights
