attentive staff huge room welcomed pool restaurant closure takeout restriction inconvenient policy

the staff were super attentive. the room was indeed huge, a pleasant surprise! the pool was very welcomed after a long day. the location worked really well for me.

i wasn't informed that the restaurant closed on sundays! i only discovered this when i asked for the menu at 9pm. also, they told me if i ordered takeout i would have to eat in my room even though the hotel wasn't providing dinner that evening. it felt a bit inconvenient!

malfunctioning air conditioning poor soundproofing

the location was acceptable, offering reasonable access to nearby attractions.

The room felt quite neglected. The air conditioning barely functioned, and i heard noises from adjacent rooms. this really affected my sleep quality, definitely not ideal for a relaxing getaway. honestly, it was pretty disappointing.

wonderful stay!

lovely pool helpful staff elegant grounds

the pool was lovely. it was close to the historic district but still pretty and quiet. the staff was warm. they were also very helpful. the building and grounds were elegant! breakfast offered an amazing experience. the bedroom was large with good appointments. the bathroom was palatial.

breakfast had much variety. it was served on white tablecloths. the covered porch was very peaceful. it was nice. the hotel provides a simple, fresh, delicious food served on the terrace.

the staff was very kind. they helped at every turn! i felt special because of them. the staff arranged taxis if needed. the reception staff always provided quick support. they provided great support with luggage.

the hotel has a pool with beautiful grounds. there are lovely areas for eating and relaxing. parking was easy and convenient. there is also an elevator. that is convenient for upper floors. the garden and pool area were very relaxing.

the room overlooked the pool. the location allows easy access to boboli park.

the air conditioning barely worked. it was not enough for the size of the room. the staff did not offer much help when i asked about it.
