the staff were super attentive. the room was indeed huge, a pleasant surprise! the pool was very welcomed after a long day. the location worked really well for me.

i wasn't informed that the restaurant closed on sundays! i only discovered this when i asked for the menu at 9pm. also, they told me if i ordered takeout i would have to eat in my room even though the hotel wasn't providing dinner that evening. it felt a bit inconvenient!

the location was acceptable, offering reasonable access to nearby attractions.

The room felt quite neglected. The air conditioning barely functioned, and i heard noises from adjacent rooms. this really affected my sleep quality, definitely not ideal for a relaxing getaway. honestly, it was pretty disappointing.

the pool was lovely. it was close to the historic district but still pretty and quiet. the staff was warm. they were also very helpful. the building and grounds were elegant! breakfast offered an amazing experience. the bedroom was large with good appointments. the bathroom was palatial.
