My room had a great bathroom. It had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is very central and close to attractions.
The hallways and building were not particularly clean. It seems that this place requires refurbishment. I noticed only one iron was available in the whole hotel , so there was a wait to use it.

limited gym unchanged buffet
The breakfast lacked variety. The buffet items remained unchanged during my four-night stay. The gym was quite small. It included only a few pieces of equipment, a treadmill, a bicycle, and another device. (It seemed rather limited for a hotel of this category.)

amazing location helpful staff really good breakfast tricky parking unassigned spaces loud night
the hotel's location is amazing. it's so easy to walk to all the main attractions. the super nice team and kind. the breakfast was fantastic with so many choices in a beautiful setting!
the parking situation was a bit tricky. spaces aren't assigned to each room. we had to really push to get our car parked for two nights. there was a loud party one night. i had to call management twice after 11 pm.

wonderful stay in the umbrian countryside!

outdoor terraces spacious rooms helpful staff
The location was fabulous. i liked the outdoor terraces on the front and 3rd floor. reception and the rooms were both spacious and well lit. the staff was helpful. They spoke wonderful english, too.
the bed and pillows in my room were quite hard. this made it a bit difficult to get comfortable. i think softer bedding options would improve the experience.

The beautiful double room included ample storage, ensuring luggage could be neatly stowed away. a huge bathroom featured excellent fixtures, like a walk-in shower and separate vanity. rooms also had climate control. It maintained a consistent temperature.

breakfast had many fresh and plentiful options. gluten-free choices were readily available with dietary restrictions. i enjoyed the selection of pastries, alongside various yogurts, as well.

Elegance in the old city

valley view outdoor terrace excellent service fresh food
The valley view from my suite was gorgeous. i reminded me of i could see forever. the aperitivo on the outdoor terrace created such special moments and i never wanted it to end. breakfast had excellent service and fresh food. i loved the friendliness of the staff. They were always there to help.
The gym is smaller than imagined. The treadmill was available, but it did feel a little cramped.
