the hotel is centrally located making it easy to walk to main attractions. i especially enjoyed the room's spacious layout. i appreciated the high-quality cosmetic products available in the bathroom. the friendly staff assisted me with directions and recommendations.
the room i booked lacked a view. it faced a darker side of the building. it was a minor disappointment considering the rest of the stay was quite pleasant.

Not Quite What I Expected

The room size was a surprise. I paid extra for an upgrade, but it was still quite small. I struggled to fit my luggage in there and it became a daily puzzle just to move around. The room felt stuffy too. It needed better ventilation. It just wasn't the relaxing experience I was hoping for, especially after a long day.

The hotel is near the train station (less than 5 minutes walking). All major tourist attractions are within walking distance. I found the staff friendly and always helpful.
My room required going up some stairs to access, which might be difficult with heavy luggage.
