Mixed feelings, some issues NEED addressing

The location WAS really great for seeing the city center.

The staff's WATER policy is just NONSENSE, it's like they're stuck in the dark ages. I actually had to buy water from a store to avoid paying their ridiculous prices for a small bottle. ALSO , checkout at 11 AM? Seriously? After some arguing, they let me check out at noon.

The location was AMAZING! I was a bit disappointed by a few things. The absence of complimentary water bottles felt rather petty. I mean, charging extra for water seems unnecessary. The early check-out time at 11:00 a.m. was also inconvenient. I had to negotiate to extend it to 12:00 p.m.

the hotel's location is fabulous. its right by the piazza maggiore but it is so very quiet. breakfast includes many choices i never seen before! the overall atmosphere is very elegant and special, i felt great there!

i had mixed feelings because they dont offer free water bottles. i mean who does this anymore? i had to buy my own water at the store to avoid the 2.5 euro charge!

the hotel is located right in the heart of the historic center. it is just a short walk from sights, food markets, and restaurants. everything is very nearby. i could walk everywhere!

each room was named after something related to history and artwork was displayed everywhere. the room was beautifully decorated, it combined history with modern comfort. this hotel is fabulous and unique!
