charming stay Near train station

quick check-in helpful receptionist clean room

i stayed four nights here and the service was very good. i arrived too early to check in but left my luggage in the luggage room. the receptionist gave me a map and highlighted how to get to the tourist area, so it was very helpful. i returned later for a quick check in, and my room was clean.

the hotel and the rooms are very tired and super old style.

breakfast had a good selection of food, and the space was well-managed despite many people being present. space was ample, so finding a seat was never a problem. the breakfast setup allowed for a relaxed start to the day.

the staff were helpful with directions to the tourist area. they quickly stored luggage for early arrivals, and check-in was efficient. this allowed more time to explore the city.

friendly staff comfortable bed modern bathroom

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, i thought. the room was a nice size, and the bed was quite comfortable for a good night's sleep. the bathroom looked modern and clean. I loved the shower.

the pillows were somewhat uncomfortable, a minor issue.

a mixed stay.

limited options outside noise

The room felt quite stuffy. I could not adjust the temperature properly. it was also difficult to find staff when i needed assistance, i often had to wait. the noise from outside at night was also a big problem. I struggled to sleep well. a better window insulation is necessary. breakfast was not great. The options were limited and not very fresh.

a good italian interlude!

superb location massive bed

I found the breakfast amazing. It had plenty of options, so starting the day was easy. the location was superb, only a short walk to the train station. i especially loved the massive bed in the beautiful room. It was luxurious, and the staff, so friendly and lovely, made everything seamless.

the hotel is close to train lines, and i noticed some noise. it was curiously soothing at night, but something to note for light sleepers.

the breakfast was very good with a huge spread of cereal, cooked breakfast, a wide variety of continental options, and fresh fruit etc. dinner was available in the restaurant, if you wanted a meal.

The staff was very efficient, helpful, friendly, and lovely. They were always ready to assist with a warm smile. i really felt cared for. customer service was excellent in all occasions. I felt so welcome.

high temperature constant noise

the breakfast buffet had a decent variety of items.

The room temperature was too high and unadjustable. I had to open a window. trains were constantly passing nearby and the noise kept me awake for some time.
