i found the room very clean with a good ambience. the front desk staff provided helpful information, especially about transportation. the location near the train station made it easy to get around (the metro is close).

i noticed the absence of coffee machines in the rooms.

the staff assisted with printing some documents late at night (around 11 pm). i experienced the staff as friendly and willing to help with directions. the reception service was fantastic.

The room was not clean. The bathroom especially. the structure looks dated and the room showed a '90s style. the removal of the carpet would be a good idea, in my opinion. I think there is a lack of care.
