Really good Service and Comfort

The room was cleaned twice daily (i really appreciated that!). The staff even accommodated my request to skip turndown service one night, showing great attention to detail. The rooms are more spacious than the photos suggest, with one of the most comfortable beds I've experienced. I found the location ideal for walking to many sites and highly rated restaurants and getting a taxi was straightforward.

I found the area to be quite noisy throughout the day and night. There is a McDonald's across the street, which contributes to the noise, especially since it's near the Trevi Fountain. This was great.

The room featured high ceilings and included luxury toiletries. There was a spacious bathroom with excellent water pressure. A welcome feature after long days exploring. The design details.

The hotel location is very close to Fontana di Trevi. Off hours visits become entirely possible. My room had silent quiet and super clean clean conditions. The staff remembered my name throughout my entire stay. Breakfast included cook to order items and its quality pleased me greatly.

The staff welcomes guests politely and assists them willingly. They give excellent restaurant recommendations. They are always available to arrange taxis upon request. A concierge provides assistance with reservations via WhatsApp.

The area is very noisy all day and night. There is a 24/7 McDonald's opposite the hotel. The products in the bathrooms are poor.

the bathroom products seemed subpar i think it's an area that could use some improvement. i didn't like them.
