outdated decor small shower
The room seemed outdated. The decor was not what I expected. It did not quite align with the images I saw beforehand. The shower was also a letdown as it barely provided enough space for one person to be comfortable. It certainly felt less luxurious than a four-star stay should be..

wonderful stay!
central location relaxing space
i loved how central the location was it made exploring so easy the staff were helpful especially partick he gave us amazing recommendations and arranged our airport transfer the bar area was such a relaxing space after a busy day sightseeing. breakfast was also a total delight i was so energized each morning!
honestly the only tiny hiccup was some noise at night i was on the first floor i could hear the guards outside and some alleyway sounds soundproofing could definitely be improved in the rooms closest to the ground level.

the front desk staff were very cheerful and polite plus they offered assistance with directions and reservations the concierge helped arrange transportation and provided helpful tips for local attractions i felt very welcomed.

the hotel is ideally located near parliament it provided easy access to prime sites and shopping areas it was easy to walk to the pantheon and piazza navona from this central location.

breakfast featured great variety and the presentation was so elegant the breakfast spread was extensive with many delicious options and the bar was a great spot to end my evenings.

helpful staff airport transfers amazing breakfast amazing bar noisy fridge water noise key card power failure
I found the staff helpful. They arranged transfers to and from the airport for me. The breakfast was amazing (especially the selection of pastries). The bar service was also amazing.
The fridge in my room was quite noisy. The water flowing between the floors was audible when toilets were flushed. There were a few issues with my key card, causing a power failure, I was in my room with only the light on my phone for about 20 minutes.
