needed updating inconvenient room
The location was good, near the train station.
My room definitely needed some updating. It was also about a ten-minute walk. an elevator ride and a flight of stairs to reach it. This was super inconvenient after spending all day walking around the city. (I was really frustrated by this!) The room did not meet my expectations at all.

I found the staff quite rude and unfriendly at the Seen restaurant I reminded me of I was not the right type of person to be there This made me uncomfortable

stale pastries weak air conditioning
i was a bit disappointed. the air conditioning barely worked. i mentioned it to the front desk, but nothing changed (it was august, after all!). the breakfast buffet was ok, but the pastries seemed a little stale. it's a shame because the location is great.

great experience
fast check-in really good service excellent buffet
check-in was fast. the hotel staff took our luggage to our room quickly. i ate breakfast every morning on the first floor. it was a wonderful buffet and had perfectly prepared eggs florentine. concierge were all really good.
i booked our room well in advance and asked for a view. we had a cement wall in front of the only window in our room. they did nothing to improve the room situation. i didn't expect this

yoga mats local recommendation stationary bike
The gym has various amenities. I counted three treadmills. I saw two stationary bikes. The breakfast included many options. Anna and others were very attentive there. I got great local recommendations from bar staff Robert, Laurenzo, Linda, and Stephen.
The reservation office sent payment link in advance. It cited security reasons.
