The staff are helpful and friendly. the location allows easy access from the airport. the hotel is quiet and peaceful. the hotel atrium features a calm oasis of light and plants. It feels good. the pool area is beautiful.

The hotel concept looks fantastic, but the experience doesn't always meet expectations. there are small things that stood out. There are issues.

the hotel is an architectural high point. the pool is a work of art and the pool area has secluded sunbathing pods, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere and visual appeal! it is great.

the rooms were comfortable enough, i guess.

the pillows reminded me of sleeping on a bag of rocks. seriously, they were lumpy foam things i would expect at a motel, not at a place where they charge so much. also the restaurant menu was very limited and seemed to never change for either lunch or dinner. frankly, i'm not sure what i paid for.
