the food selection did not meet expectations i found the dishes lacked variety and taste my family also encountered cleanliness issues some utensils and plates was dirty or improperly washed this affected the overall dining experience significantly some areas need better maintenance to ensure hygiene. it is important for a 5-star hotel to maintain higher food quality and stricter cleanliness standards

dedicated stafffun aquagymmassage service

i had a really great time. the hotel staff are very dedicated, and their enthusiasm ensured i had an lovely break. the animation team offered many activities throughout the day that guests could participate in.. aquagym with aziz was so much fun!

the gym's massage services could be improved. the spa facilities were nice, but the massage service needs more attention. more space for improvement is needed. overall, it was nice.

the hotel has nice staff. the entertainment team worked hard. they kept everyone entertained. the food offered variety. i liked the different options available at each meal. the pools was clean. there were plenty of spaces for people to relax near the water. i like the slides area too.

the air conditioning did not work well at times. i found that frustrating when it was hot.
