i had a amazing holiday there! yassine at reception deserves a special shout out. his really good customer service. i will be back because of his help.

I noticed that the food selection could be better, especially for breakfast, lunch and dinner. the variety was quite limited. also, the gym needs more weights and equipment. It felt a bit under-equipped for a hotel of this supposed standard.

the buffet choice offered sufficient options. however, i noticed that table service sometimes lacked cutlery and glasses. sometimes tables were dirty, though the staff were always working to keep the restaurant clean and stocked.

the beach access was convenient, and the room quality was very satisfactory. there are many loungers and space. i also thought the reception staff were friendly and helpful in answering any questions. the pools are great!

The hotel offered tennis courts. I made good use of them. badminton was available. I enjoyed several matches. the moroccan restaurant served fantastic food. the room underwent daily cleaning, and the hotel was maintained immaculately.

Some drinks were overly sweet. I would have liked more variety.

The hotel offered a complimentary minibar, stocked with water and soft drinks. I visited the on-site Moroccan restaurant. The experience proved quite enjoyable. The waiting staff kept our glasses full, always attending to requests efficiently. The pools and surrounding areas were well kept, a big plus.

The gym lacked disinfectant spray for machines, a small oversight.
