the new year's eve celebration included bollywood music. the vegetarian options had excellent catering. nora, the customer relations representative, managed travel arrangements with care. she also managed dietary needs successfully.

the staff were polite. the reception printed out boarding passes. the amenities were super clean and staff ensured it stayed this way. the aqua park had no waiting times and the food selection was good.
the gym was a little small.

I was so excited about the food. I found a great variety and everything tasted so fresh! (especially the tagines!). the waterpark was really fun for all ages, and i loved how clean and spacious my room was (it had huge beds!). every single staff member was friendly and cute.
The poolside entertainment was a bit inconsistent. Some of the team seemed tired.

I found the staff quite kind. they accommodated our needs well, especially with our 7-month-old baby. the servers and kitchen staff prepared her food daily, mixing it without spices. I am grateful for their help. the rooms were super comfortable.
when we requested other rooms, they said the resort was full, i don't think that's quite right. the first room had a bad smell and old furniture. the next day, we moved to a room of the same standard, also without a shower in the bathroom.

the hotel was always clean. we were greeted well upon arrival, and our room was upgraded. the food was fresh and delicious with plenty of choices. live cooking stations were available. the animation team was very hospitable and the activities involved everyone. my teenagers enjoyed the water polo and the slides.
sometimes, it took a while to get a replacement towel from staff.

The complex provided comfortable robes. This was very charming. the reception staff was friendly. the room was clean. We were greeted with a thoughtful bed arrangement. the reception was very cute
the plastic cups used at the bar slightly detracted from the experience.
