limited english proficiency billing discrepancies

the twin room had a good ocean view.

the staff showed limited english proficiency, which caused misunderstandings (especially frustrating when ordering). they accepted requests they did not fulfill. prices quoted by staff differed from the final bill, requiring manager intervention.

excellent stay with thoughtful amenities

friendly staff creative activities safe feeling thoughtful game

i found the kids club to be a real highlight with friendly staff. they are very attentive and made sure the children felt safe. there were many fun and creative activities that kept my child happily busy all day. i noticed a lot of thought was given to age-appropriate games.

the hot water temperature in the bathroom was not quite as hot as i prefer. it was still adequate but could have been better. this was a minor inconvenience overall.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of options including freshly made omelets. there were also fresh donuts, crepes, and moroccan pancakes available. i saw plenty of other choices such as fruits, salads, hot food, and pastries.

the hotel offers extra activities throughout the day i noticed. the morning started with wellness options, including a spin class and stretching sessions. the classes felt relaxed and cute, not overly intense.

wonderful service really good cleanliness

the hotel's cleanliness was really good and i was impressed with the well maintained areas. ghizlane at reception was wonderful.

the beach club lacked mint tea. the toilets were also a short walk away at the beach restaurant. hopefully, these small inconveniences can be addressed soon.
