The hotel has lush gardens. The pool area had many sunloungers. The spa gave me relaxed moments. The breakfast had great choices at breakfast.
The room had narrow twin beds pushed together, this was slightly uncomfortable.

the grounds are beautiful and feature numerous seating areas and sun loungers. breakfast offered a great variety, and i enjoyed dinner at the hotel a couple of nights. the cleaning staff did an excellent job i appreciated returning to a well-kept room daily.
the tv in my room had predominantly german-speaking channels. british channels were listed as unavailable.

the hotel provides excellent proximity to the port and wonderful grounds which ensure quiet. It is also a short walk from the main promenade, the tram to soller, and beach experiences accessible. this location balances convenience with tranquility.

the room was very clean, well-furnished, and included a modern bathroom. a great shower was also included. i found it nice to return to a made up room each day, thanks to the excellent cleaning staff.

the staff were friendly, cute, and helpful i found them very accommodating. the breakfast options are diverse, and the meals i had onsite proved delicious. the hotel's tennis courts are excellent providing a great setting for our tennis group's training camp.

The location was very close to the port. The grounds of the hotel are wonderful and very quiet.
I was disappointed by the lack of options for dinner. The service was slow, and the food quality was subpar (the paella lacked flavor). This fell short of my expectations for a 4-star hotel.
