Excellent Stay with Great Food

This hotel suits adults well. Breakfast has a large selection. I liked the variety. The pools are nice. There were always sunbeds available. I never needed to reserve one early. The bar served good lunch. I easily found dinner options in Cala Bona. It is a short drive away.

The air conditioning in the room did not have very precise temperature control.

the air conditioning in my room was not very effective. i had trouble sleeping because of the temperature. the gym was quite small with limited equipment. i also noticed some wear and tear in the hallways.

Wonderful Stay by the Sea

This hotel provides really good customer service. The staff is very hard-working and serves every international taste. There are even gluten-free and dairy-free options available. The location is wonderful, a mix of European guests. I appreciated that guests respect a high standard. I felt very impressed because one group celebrated their 42nd year here.

The air conditioning was too loud. It kept me up. The system was very weak and not pleasant.

The grounds WERE extensive and well maintained. I observed plenty of sun loungers around the pool on the lawns. The food choice was excellent and varied. I found the rooms clean and stylish.

The ONLY minor issue was the lack of coffee and tea facilities in the room.
